Refund / Return Policy

The educational services of our institute SKYCROWN WORLD OF EDUCATION are exclusively digital and non-refundable in nature. Hence our refund policy is as follows:

1. Course, Digital Content, Certificate Services or any service fees are non-refundable unless due to a technical error.

2.  If fee is deposited twice by mistake, the extra payment will be refunded within 7 working days after submission of proof.

3. If any physical item (eg. ID card, study material) is received in damaged condition, the same will be reissued on reporting, but fee will not be refunded.
   4. Any claim for refund will be admissible subject to the institution's fee policy and documentary verification.
